How a repair works

Book above. We email you a reference and where to post your phone.
We email you the moment it arrives, so you know it got here.
If the price changes once we are inside it, we stop and send you the new price. Nothing further is done until you approve it, and declining costs you nothing but the return postage we cover anyway.
You pay when it is repaired, then it comes back to you.

Back up anything you want to keep before posting your phone: some repairs need the device reset. We never ask for your passcode unless a repair cannot be tested without it, and it is never written down.
