What we do and do not see
- No photos, video or recordings are sent to us. The camera preview and the microphone meter run on your phone and stop when you move on.
- We receive your answers — working, faulty, skipped — plus small measurements like how much of the screen responded and the battery charge.
- These are your answers about your own phone, not an inspection. We check the phone ourselves when it reaches us, and that check is what sets the price we pay or charge.
